friday's fancies #14

Yikes! Over a month since my last Friday's Fancies post?! 

It's been hard to create lovely outfits when I've been sweating in Arizona... Hard to pull a dream outfit together with boots and scarves when it's still 90-degrees outside. It's like taking dreaming to a whole other level! Luckily, it is finally starting to cool off! I'm actually wearing boots today. First time this season! So. Happy. 

Confession: When I saw {av}'s theme for FF this week I was actually kind of bummed...

I was ready to make a FALL outfit! I didn't want a resort getaway outfit... that's like Arizona for 10 of the 12 months. 

But... who doesn't heart Lilly Pulitzer?! So I perused the "Just In"section of her website and fell in love with the dress I used in this Friday's Fancies "classy glam" post!

I'm totally crushing on one sleeved dresses/shirts this year (proof here and here), and I love the sheer details in this one. Also digging these leopard wedges (from the resort collection). And plum polish for fall? Yes, please!
